Bart has worked at Waters Realty since 1996. He is currently the Controller, but he has also worked as a property manager. He handles all financial and human resource matters at Waters Realty. He enjoys working at an organization that sincerely tries to establish long term relationships with tenants. He has 23 years of experience as an accountant. Before working at Waters Realty, he worked as a cost accountant at a large manufacturing firm and as a controller for an industrial machinery company. He has been excited working downtown for the last twelve years and seeing firsthand the transformation that has taken place in downtown Grand Rapids. It really is a vibrant and exciting place to be. In his time away from work he enjoys golf, bowling and listening to music. He has been married to his wife Sara for 13 years. He has three children and two grandchildren.
