Iwona has been employed with Waters Realty and Development since 06/2006 as Accounting Assistant.

She works with Bart Buettner in Accounting Department and is primarily responsible for processing (for 13 properties) accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, collecting delinquent accounts balances and other projects. She has also taken over primary responsibility for administrating operations of Three Oaks Energy, an electric rebilling operation managed by WR & D.

Iwona’s has 20 years experience in accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, billing, purchasing and general ledger. Previously employed with Hope Network, F & S Carton and Guardsman Products.  She speaks fluent Polish.
Education: Associate Degree from Davenport University/MI and Greenridge Real Estate Classes completed in year 2000.
