Sue is the friendly voice you hear answering the phones, and the first person you see when you visit our offices. Sue has worked for Waters Realty for 6 years. She loves working for a company that genuinely cares about their employees and their clients, treating both with the highest regard. Her duties as Facilities Coordinator are processing clients requests for maintenance, flatbeds, dumpsters, light bulb changes, keys, access cards, temperature adjustments and everything else! She works very closely with the maintenance staff to ensure requests are processed in a timely fashion. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and being active with her post of the American Legion.
