Vickie Van Wyk joined Waters Realty & Development in 2000.   In her role as Tenant Services Coordinator, she is responsible for establishing, maintaining and monitoring the quality of all services provided to all tenants in Waters Realty & Development property profiles and works directly with the property managers to assure maximum tenant satisfaction with the workspace occupied.

Also during her tenure with Waters Realty she has also been responsible for the coordination of available space listings and lease administration, tracking rent escalations, administering tenant parking, and facilitating management meetings.  Vickie also has her real estate sales license and conducts leasing tours in the Waters Building. 

Prior to joining the Waters Corporation in 2000, Vickie held several administrative support positions in the health care industry.

 

Vickie is active in the American Legion Auxiliary where she devotes all of her free time and leadership skills and enjoys being a mentor to the Junior Auxiliary members of her Unit.
